RESPONSIBILITY
- Work closely with channel partners to achieve and exceed sales growth targets.
- Review, monitor, and evaluate partner sales performance and sales pipelines on a regular basis.
- Prepare and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to foster long-term business growth.
- Effectively manage and resolve channel conflicts to maintain a healthy partner ecosystem.
- Support partners in sales engagements and business development activities with key end-user accounts.
- Collaborate with the Partner Program team on partner recruitment, onboarding, development, and program implementation.
- Conduct account mapping exercises with resellers to identify opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Drive and maintain a sales pipeline of at least three (3) times the assigned partner sales budget.
- Prepare and provide quotations, proposals, and pricing information to resellers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategies to increase partner revenue and market share.
- Any other task assigned from superior from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in channel sales, partner development, channel management, or a related partner ecosystem.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive in achieving business objectives.
- Resourceful with strong initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
